2. Do you have a printed catalog?

No, we do not have a printed catalog because we enjoy the freedom of changing our inventory as new products become available.

3. Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online business only and do not have a physical storefront.

4. How can I find specific items on your website?

The best way to find specific items is to enter the item name in the Search box on the upper left hand corner of each page and then click on the button.

5. Why can't I find an item that I previously found on your website?

If you find that an item is not found on the website, this means that the item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock. If there is an item you are interested in and do not see, contact us by email at info@toplinegifts.com.

6. Do you provide gift wrap services?

Except where designated, all our gifts are eligible for gift wrapping services at $5.50 per item. You can request gift wrap service during checkout. Our gift wrap includes gold paper and our signature ivory grosgrain ribbon. A personalized message may be included if entered during the checkout process.

7. Do you accept back orders?

At this time, we will not accepting back orders. If we cannot fill your order, we will refund any monies associated with unavailable inventory.

8. Do you charge sales tax?

Being a State of Maryland business, we apply a 6.0% sales tax to all orders originating from the State of Maryland.

9. Do you accept credit cards and/or Paypal?

Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions through our website and all other major credit cards through PayPal. Our store will be listed as Gifts and Collectibles Shoppe on your Visa or MasterCard statement. Note: We do not accept international credit cards.

10. Do you accept electronic checks?

At this time, we do not accept electronic checks.

11. Do you ship by International Mail?

We ship only within the 50 United States using US Priority Mail. Any orders received outside of the 50 United States will automatically be cancelled and any payment returned to the buyer.

12. Do you provide Express or Overnight shipping services?

At this time, we do not offer these services.

13. What is the cost for shipping?

We ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail (order should arrive 2-3 days once order is shipped at the US Post Office) through Stamps.com. We have found this service to be most reliable at less cost to our customers in addition to enabling us to ship six days per week.

2 items = $8.50
3 items = $9.50
4 items = $10.50
5 items = $11.50
6 items = $12.50
7 items = $13.50
8 items = $14.50
9 items = $15.50
10 items = $16.50
11 items = $17.00
12 items = $17.50
13 items = $18.00
14 items = $18.50
15 items = $19.00
16 items = $19.50
17 or more items = $20.00

14. Do you insure your items during shipment?

For all orders over $150.00, we automatically insure the order and require signature confirmation.

15. How long will it take to receive my order?

All customers, who provide email addresses, will always be notified by email by stamps.com when an order will be shipped. This email includes a delivery confirmation number which enables customers to independently track shipment status through the United States Postal Service.

We ship by US Priority Mail which can take from 2-3 days within the Continental US once the item is shipped from the State of Maryland. If your item is not received within one week of email notification, contact us by email at info@toplinegifts.com

16. Do you take special orders?

No, at this time we do take special orders.

17. Do you accept purchase orders?

At this time, we do not accept purchase orders. All orders must be paid in advance of shipment by Visa or Mastercard or through PayPal.

18. Do you match prices or offer wholesale or quantity discounts?

At this time, because we are already discounting our items, we will not match prices nor offer wholesale or quantity discounts.

19. Do you accept returns?

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. That is why we have very carefully screened the products that we offer for sale on TopLineGifts.com. If you make a purchase and are not happy with it, send it back to us within 30 days of purchase with your order invoice and reason for return, and we will refund 100% of the purchase price, excluding shipping, or provide a replacement item.
